I'll do it even if it costs me a lot of money. たとえ高額のお金がかかるとしても私はそれをやる。
I shall go even if it rains. たとえ雨が降っても私は行きます。
[補足] if節中でshouldを用いて、「万一〜しても」(仮定法2-)と、強い譲歩を表すことができる。この場合はeven ifの形では用いずに、単にifだけを用いて示すことが多い。
If Mr. Jones should turn up, what would you do? もしジョーンズ氏が現れたらどうしますか。

9.7.3 A or no 名詞 「Aであろうとなかろうと」
Be kind to others, family or not. 家族であろうとなかろうと人に親切にしなさい。
9.8 Be 主語 ever 補語 = However~ 「たとえ～であろうと」

though, although → in spite of, for all, with all, despite, notwithstanding, regardless of

= Despite being rich, he is not happy.
Poor as she was, she was happy. 彼女は貧しいにもかかわらず、幸せだ。
= In spite of poverty, she was happy. 注：poor（形容詞）の名詞形poverty
though, ifを用いた従属節は〈S＋be動詞〉が省略されることがある。
[補足]その際、省略される主語は主節の主語と一致することに注意せよ。
